Hey Rick, we don't yet have a lot of page views to offer media sites, but I'd love it if you submitted your picks on behalf of FantasyFootballTrader. I believe the person who ends up atop the Media Preseason Rankings list will get some great exposure. Media members are also eligible for the 2010 WCFF Main Event Seat that goes to the overall winner.

We're putting a lot of focus on the crowd-sourcing. For Preseason Rankings it's cool and very useful for drafters, but ADP provides similar analysis. During the season we'll have more unique rankings, such as crowd-sourced Waiver Wire Rankings and Breakout Player Rankings. We're really looking forward to that data rolling in.

Good idea in theory for existing media sites but it'll be a difficult sell, at least until monthly hits get into the 6-figures.

Until then, I'm left asking "What's in it for me?"

LOVING the idea of the crowd-sourced projections and the layout is pretty slick. I'll certainly keep an eye on it.

Thanks Matt, great write-up. Your site does a wonderful job of keeping us informed on the latest industry news.

Your critique of us not including TEs is a good one. It's something that Riley and I debated about in detail. Our dilemma is that we want the rankings to go very deep so that we have lots of content and diversity, but at the same time we don't want to overwhelm our members with rankings. We're asking 50 WRs, 40 RBs, and 25 QBs. We felt that for our first run we should leave out TEs so that we don't ask for too much of our members' time. We're very responsive to feedback, though, so if the members want TEs we'll have them in the game next season.

Thanks again!
